How do the session plans work?
When a parent books you, they share what their child needs help with. We use that info (plus any feedback from past sessions) to create a structured plan with goals, activities, and time breakdowns. You'll see it in your app before the session starts.
Do I need any certifications?
Nope. You just need to be a high school student-athlete with good grades and a passion for helping younger kids. Getting endorsed by a teacher or coach helps you get more bookings.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Life happens. You can cancel with 24 hours notice, no penalty. The parent gets a full refund and can rebook. Just don't make it a habit.
Where do sessions happen?
You choose. Most mentors prefer public places like parks, libraries, or school fields. Some parents invite you to their home — that's up to you.
How do payments work?
Parents pay through the platform when they book a session. You keep 90% of your rate — we take a 10% platform fee.
